When I See You Again Episode Recap

I quite like this finale! I dearest information technology that there was a point to the ending – many drama finales dedicate sixty minutes to pure happy endings, which is great because on top of seeing the primary couple beingness lovey dovey and sweet for an hr, I well-nigh always terminate having drama blues haha. I think a skillful ending does it just right in the sense that information technology satisfies you with enough couple time but leaves you wanting to see more of them. I know I will definitely miss this couple and the entire cast a lot!!

Standing from last calendar week'southward fantastic bewilderment, Yan Ze chases after An 11, and Ya En sees them but doesn't manage to stop them. Yous Qian happens to arrive merely in time to be pointed in the right direction and drives afterward the running duo.

He immediately shields An 11 from Yan Ze's physical attack and the two guys beginning brawling on the floor. An Eleven picks upwardly the cone that Yan Ze dropped and waves it (feebly), then Yan Ze gets up and holds her past the cervix instead.

Yan Ze widens his eyes, "What are yous doing??" Ya En feels betrayed. Didn't he promise that he will non hurt An Eleven? Yan Ze lets go of An Xi and cautions Ya En – he might hurt her. You Qian gets up and can't help groaning. He pretends that he's okay simply it'south obvious something's incorrect with his arm. An Xi limps to his side and the injured couple returns to the infirmary.

Yan Ze recalls all the moments where Ya En confesses/professes her similar/love for her,and murmurs, "I shouldn't accept allow yous gotten besides close to me."

I initially idea that he meant it in a -you shouldn't have gotten also shut to me, because run into y'all became a burden- simply I realise that he meant it in a -you got hurt because of me- fashion. An Eleven suddenly remembers about her female parent's surgery and rushes dorsum, demanding to know what happened to her "mother'south surgery." Director overhears her and smiles. What happened to the surgery?

With a tilted chin, she says, "It has been postponed." You Qian cannot aid but grin and whispers to An 11.

"When the Director lies, her chin will be tilted…a little."

Hohoho, turns out that during An 11's absenteeism, the Director kept walking out to ask the nurse if her girl was here and if she could become and discover her girl. Aww only she'due south too shy to tell An 11 that. Director grumbles about You Qian, "You brand information technology actually hard for people to similar you."

Hahaha. She turns around but notices that You Qian's bleeding.

The couple arrives and An Xi is worried for her mum's safety. The Director entrusts the company and An Xi to You Qian (yayyyy) and starts violent up.

To start violent upwardly while talking cheerfully is wow…another level. I think Debbie Chao is a veteran actor that the bandage has dandy respect for, based on what I see from behind the scenes. The nurse notices that An 11 is very worried and tells her to give her mum some luck. An Xi opens her mouth but nothing comes out.

Manager watches her hopefully but doesn't want to put her in a spot. She leaves with the nurse only turns around at the last moment. She knows she hasn't been the best boss or the best mother, only she wants to exist the kind of mother that An Xi volition be proud of, "Requite me some fourth dimension to change."

The Manager wants An 11 to know more almost business management and wants to tell her nigh the case, but An Xi escapes.

You Qian tips the Manager, "An 11's body moves faster than her encephalon," to which the Managing director nods and laughs.

An Xi brings her mum out for a walk and compares her pare colour with her mother.

It's great that they sort of address their future location plans with that 1 sentence – the Director will not give upwardly her company but will take time to bail with her girl. An Xi, I assume will go on her present Taipei-village lifestyle.

At night, An Xi tucks her mum in so covers You Qian with his blazer just he wakes upward.

He smiles contentedly considering his wish of seeing her once he opens his eyes has been fulfilled once again. He kisses her hand, and she playfully takes information technology away, then he kisses the other, which she too withdraws.

And so he just rests his head on her manus.

SHO Sweetness. Omg while doing this recap, I realise that nosotros don't even have a goodbye kiss from the couple!!! This is like the closest physical contact scene we are going to take. NOOO.

If you are wondering what happened to the rest of the cast, here'southward your answer. Ya Lu'due south busy teaching Yong Qing how to depict and Zhi Lin is dying of jealousy.

Mei Wen gives her two options – either confess or get over it. Zhi Lin replies that she will never confess, considering if she gets rejected, they can't even exist friends. All the girls rush up to him to fuss over him, but Zhi Lin who has returned from the market, owns the scene by mashing up some scallions and wrapping them in a handkerchief around his wound. She and so pinches the area above Jiang's lips to wake him upward.

As she leaves, a gust of current of air blows the lot into Jiang'southward hand. Is this the daughter that the ancestors have predicted for him?

Jiang shows upwardly at Lunar Maria with a gift for Zhi Lin. They pun on a proper noun of a designer (I call back it's Vivienne Westwood) which cause the funny duo to be disappointed that they aren't getting a stove for a present, but a clothes.

The sidekicks ask Zhi Lin if she volition accept their big blood brother since she likes someone who is tall, rich and handsome. Zhi Lin grins, "I do like a tall, rich, handsome guy, but someone like your large blood brother…I can't."

Jiang leaves in disappointment and Mei Wen realises that Zhi Lin has left the food burning on the stove. She screams, "You nutty girl!!!!" At present in Mandarin, they have this phrase that is literally 'Minor Iii-Eight' and it's hard to translate that. Mei Wen has been calling Zhi Lin that to describe her whenever she's a bit silly + bimbotic + noisy. You become the gist. Anyhow, the three comedians turn around at that scream because right on height of Jiang's lot has the numbers 3 and 8. This is the girl. Zhi Lin shivers inside the hostel hahaha.

The Director thinks that An Xi has returned, only it is really Yong Qing. Director apologies to Yong Qing – her working style prioritises efficiency over relationships. Yong Qing tells her that she went to larn drawing because she heard that drawing a person allows both people to understand each other better.

Hey I like that twist – I always thought she learnt drawing and then that she tin can draw Ya Lu and gaze into his eyes, but turns out she learnt it for the Director!

Information technology may but well be that she's shut to her god-mother than her real mother. It's the Manager who gave her security. An 11 observes that her mum looks then much meliorate when she smiles and everyone laughs over how she manages to call her 'mum' (she called the Managing director 'Director' initially). When the couple leaves, Yan Ze requests to speak to Yan Ze, who dutifully steps upwardly with his usual, "With other people's girlfriends…" An Xi cuts in and brings Yan Ze away hehe.

Yan Ze apologies for what he has done and An Eleven waves it off. It's okay as long he is honest near his feelings next time. Even if he tin't be as easy-going and honest similar An Eleven, he will try. "If Xia You Qian is mean to you, observe me. I know his weak point."

You Qian coughs and reminds Yan Ze that he has a weak point too, "I have Zhang Ya En's number…." Yan Ze jokes that You Qian has become more than childish always since he's with An Eleven, which is true come to think of it. So beautiful!

An Xi gets in the car first, leaving the 2 bros to patch things up. You lot Qian thanks Yan Ze for being a worthy component. Although he was forced into the contest, the procedure was interesting, "Just don't accept a adjacent time."

The two smile at each other and seal the good will with the bro handshake.

Zhi Lin is dying in the kitchen and latches on to An Xi's timely arrival, only You Qian refuses to let her help and the two start playing around, much to Zhi Lin's irritation. She tracks downwards Mei Wen, who pretends that she's off to the market, merely Zhi Lin knocks on her helmet, "You are going to store vegetables in your helmet?"

Zhi Lin's annoyed that these couples are provoking her, knowing that she's single. A loud honk interrupts the duo's squabble. With the same set up and music, Jiang steps out of the car and takes over the boutonniere from sidekick. An Xi and You Qian come out of the hostel to watch in horror. Everyone thinks that Jiang is here to disturb An Eleven again, and so imagine their surprise when he suddenly kneels in front of Zhi Lin instead.

And and then double that surprise when Da Yu appears to make a confession. Mei Wen thinks that he's hither for her, but Da Yu likewise presents Zhi Lin with his boutonniere.

Da Yu points out that if Jiang and Zhi Lin have known each other style for a few years simply never go together, that means they accept no fate. "I savage in love with y'all at first sight."

An Xi gushes that Zhi Lin'southward dear luck is smiling on her while Mei Wen points out that in that location's the tall (Da Yu), the rich (Jiang), "Only in that location's no handsome!" This garners a collective, "Ehhh" from the guys hahaha.

The couple and Mei Wen happily walk off, leaving the 2 guys to fight over Zhi Lin.

I think Jet Chao has a good power of connecting with his co-star in a concrete way, simply I am only unable to experience much for the couple because I am not invested in them in the offset place. Apologies to any Yan Ze – Ya En fans out there!

An Xi brings You lot Qian to a 'secret' place simply he guesses their location even with his eyes close. The photographic camera pans out, and we realise that this is the exact same identify where they shoot the opening sequence.

The funniest part is when You Qian brings upward the fact that Tie Tou used to slap-up a guy a lot.

I recall An Xi never linked Tie Tou to be the bully so she watches them in entertainment and cliffhanger. You Qian pranks Necktie Tou, "I heard…that the guy died out of indignation." "He died?" "He didn't die very happily."

HAHA. This sure spoils Tie Tou'south day and he scoots off to do his other chores. An 11 finally learns that Tie Tou used to push You Qian into drains or smash his head with rocks.

This is why Yong Qing's 'bullying' is nothing to You Qian! Okay that sort of explains it. An Xi is indignant on his  behalf and pulls Yous Qian into another prank i.e dressing upwardly as his sometime self.

Tie Tou panics just You Qian reveals himself, "Long time no see." Necktie Tou stutters out of relief, "You you you lot you you," only compliments You lot Qian when he gets his wits together. An 11 reminds him, "This is why you should never guess someone on the get-go sight." Tie Tou has a surprise for them and apologises to You Qian in the concurrently.

I loveee this idea of patching upwards with your nifty too. It may be unrealistic perhaps because some victims will not find information technology this piece of cake to become out of the nighttime past, but for someone similar Yous Qian who has ever been self-assured and reliant, information technology's not difficult to run across him leaving his past backside. The couple strolls along the embankment and see their erstwhile selves running. With the show's theme vocal playing, the quondam You Qian shouts, "Adieu byeeee" and the couple wave.

Maybe, our first sight is filled with promise but ends in disappointment

I think the ending was a piffling tiresome towards the end only that's because it was just a happy ending and I take zip to complain about that. In fact, I wish we accept seen more than because we have been deprived of couple fourth dimension for the by few episodes! I mean, when was the terminal kiss you have seen from the couple?? Notwithstanding, I practise appreciate the scene at the hospital – it was non physical at all, but holds that sweetness and tenderness withal. It makes me feel like oh this couple is really stable and set for marriage. Am I the only 1?

I also like information technology that they waved goodbyes at their quondam selves. I run across information technology two-fold. Showtime, it's well-nigh letting go of the by where they knew each other for the first time because now that they accept the courage to love each other again. The couple's human relationship finally comes a total circle and they return to their original spot, only that they have inverse for the better. It's a closure in quite a literal sense but it satisfies me and leaves me with this sense of finality. I volition miss this couple and really the funny duo (i.due east Mei Wen and Zhi Lin) and basically every other small things that they accept said or done in the prove.
